Sudesh Jayanth is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Sri Lanka and Member of Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. He is Managing Partner of Jaya Associate, a firm of practicing Chartered Accountants.

Sudesh has over twelve years of experience in a reputed audit firm in Sri Lanka as a Senior Manager – Assurance. He has proven experience in application of Sri Lanka Accounting Standards which has converged with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international Accounting Standards (IAS) and application of Sri Lanka Auditing Standards and Standards on related services.

Further his expertise expands in the area of evaluating IT Controls of clients’ systems and organizing Audit Quality Control Reviews. He has experience in handling Audit and Assurance Services of Listed and Private Limited Liability Companies including Specified Business Enterprises, Not-for-Profit Organizations, Income Tax preparation and Tax planning for listed and private Companies.
